Jamaica Wins Gold
Jamaica's Usain Bolt, Asafa Powell, Michael Frater, and Nesta Carter won the gold medal in the men's 4x100m relay at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. The team finished with a time of 37.10 seconds, setting a new world record.
Trinidad and Tobago Takes Silver
Trinidad and Tobago's Keston Bledman, Marc Burns, Emmanuel Callender, and Richard Thompson won the silver medal with a time of 38.06 seconds. This was the first Olympic medal for Trinidad and Tobago in the men's 4x100m relay.
Japan Earns Bronze
Japan's Naoki Tsukahara, Shingo Suetsugu, Shinji Takahira, and Nobuharu Asahara won the bronze medal with a time of 38.15 seconds. This was the first Olympic medal for Japan in the men's 4x100m relay since 1920.

The United States finished fourth with a time of 38.31 seconds. Great Britain finished fifth with a time of 38.48 seconds. Canada finished sixth with a time of 38.66 seconds. France finished seventh with a time of 38.73 seconds. Brazil finished eighth with a time of 38.91 seconds.
